After more than two decades of closure due to conflict, Tumantangis School reopened its doors in 2025. This created a renewed sense of hope, resilience, and possibility for the surrounding community.

We are pleased to share with you pictures from Nursing school graduations that include medical scholars who we support! Several graduated this past June and more students are being added to complete their studies with new scholarships and needed expenses for the 2024-25 school year.   

"Education, the opportunity for livelihood, and preventing hunger are keys to peace," says teacher Jenny, whose son is in Middle School at Panamao HS. She teaches at Sahaya ES, a rural community outside of Jolo town. AAI's consistent presence has given all of us hope and boosted our morale," Jenny observes.
